Privacy Policy
Private Workspace is a privately operated personal productivity integration. Public registration is not offered.
Authorized data access and use
With the account owner's Google OAuth consent, the integration reads Gmail messages and metadata for summaries, search, and follow-ups; reads Google Drive files and metadata for document retrieval; and reads calendars and events for schedule management. Gmail and Drive permissions are read-only. Calendar event permissions technically permit creation, editing, and deletion; operating instructions require the owner's approval before changes.
Processing and service providers
Relevant retrieved information and conversation context may be processed by the configured AI model provider to fulfill the owner's requests. Outputs may be delivered through configured messaging services, and saved notes and reports may be synchronized through configured note-sync services. These services process information under their applicable terms and policies. Processing is not exclusively on-device.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in the owner's server environment to enable authorized API access and renewal. Retrieved content, reports, conversation history, notes, and derived search indexes may be retained on that server and in configured messaging and sync services. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is stated here. Revoking authorization does not automatically delete previously saved copies.
Use restrictions
The integration is not intended to publish connected-account content. Google user data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized AI models. Transfers to service providers must be necessary for the owner's requested features and comply with applicable Google user-data requirements. The owner must select providers and account settings that meet these requirements; this statement does not independently establish any provider's contractual terms.
Security and control
Server-side access controls and credential handling restrict access; absolute security cannot be guaranteed. These public pages contain no connected-account content or credentials. The owner can revoke authorization through Google Account connections. Previously saved data can be deleted through the relevant server, notes, messaging, and sync controls. Provider retention and backups may be subject to provider policies. For questions or deletion coordination, use the support contact shown on the integration's Google consent screen.
This website
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which adds a Cloudflare script to measure page visits and performance. The pages include no advertisements, forms, or other embedded third-party resources. Hosting and security services may process request metadata such as IP address and user agent. A noindex instruction requests exclusion from search results but is not access control.
